You're not going to see Street Fighter characters in Smash Bros, too out of place. Snake is in, yeah, but Snake isn't from a serious fighting game.

Megaman is possible, Shadow isn't that big of a stretch and I could see Sora.

The rest are truly "dream".

I would have liked for Geno to be in it, plain and simple, other than that:

Waluigi- Why not? He needs to get into a serious game sometime (heard he is playable in Wario's new game)
Mallow- If Geno is there, he should be

I think the some of the franchises already present should be expanded a bit: maybe another Metroid character, but most of the reoccurring characters are huge and won't be good for Smash. F-Zero could use some further representation with Black Shadow or Samurai Goroh. The balloon fighter and Little Mac could join Pit and the Ice Climbers as the more obscure franchises represented.

I can't make a roster because it'd take too long and I know I'd be leaving somebody out.

As long as they add Dark Samus, a revamped Toon Link, Ray 01, Bowser Jr. (maybe with a Shadow Mario transformation) and bring back Mewtwo.

Hell, maybe even Megaman X, or EXE. Maybe Star Force as an alt costume because he looks awesome.
