It makes decent distance, is used well offensively and defensively (it can knock away edge guarders very well). What're your favorite jumps? A close second for me is Pit thanks to sheer distance (vertical and horizontal). |

The best part is, after hitting an opponent, you can do the same attack again to get even further. Wonderful recovery move. |

I'd have to give this one to Samus. The good recovery coupled with the good damaged triunified with the nostalgia makes it awesome. |

Luigi. Not as good laterally as Mario (or as N64 Luigi), but better height, & it did get some lateral back into it in Brawl (albeit during freefall, but that's better than Melee did). Sonic. I was at a Brawl tournament at school, playing Sonic against a Marth (I'm bad against Marth anyway, so I figured I'd throw something at him he wouldn't be used to). It sorta worked; I got one kill....because he forgot that Sonic can attack after the Spring Jump. For sheer recovery ability, Pit & ROB. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

If a pikmin is latched onto Ness when he does his Up-B, the PK Thunder will hit the Pikmin immediately and Ness will freefall into a KO. Quote:
It's a Melee video, but he hasn't posted any from Brawl yet. He still does the same thing. I've played against him before, and he uses even more ledge Up-B mindgames than that video shows. It's pretty ridiculous. Last edited by Marilink; 07-12-2008 at 10:47 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost | |||
