Talking Favorite final jump?

I like Mario's Coin Jump. It makes decent distance, is used well offensively and defensively (it can knock away edge guarders very well). What're your favorite jumps? A close second for me is Pit thanks to sheer distance (vertical and horizontal).

I like Ganondorf's and Captain Falcon's because if there's an opponent in your way, you grab onto him/her, damage her, and fly off. The best part is, after hitting an opponent, you can do the same attack again to get even further. Wonderful recovery move.

Olimar. Just kidding, I hate it.

I'd have to give this one to Samus. The good recovery coupled with the good damaged triunified with the nostalgia makes it awesome.

I love G&W and ROB's third jumps. Both are great.

This. It's awesome to do this when someone is trying to spike you, too.

^On the other end, it's awesome when the spike cuts through & hits anyway.

Luigi. Not as good laterally as Mario (or as N64 Luigi), but better height, & it did get some lateral back into it in Brawl (albeit during freefall, but that's better than Melee did).

Sonic. I was at a Brawl tournament at school, playing Sonic against a Marth (I'm bad against Marth anyway, so I figured I'd throw something at him he wouldn't be used to). It sorta worked; I got one kill....because he forgot that Sonic can attack after the Spring Jump.

For sheer recovery ability, Pit & ROB.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

If you count it, Zero Suit's Down Special is her real final jump and its a very good jump at that. Covers a great side distance, and can be turned into a really hard hitting kick.

As an Olimar player, I also love Ness's. If a pikmin is latched onto Ness when he does his Up-B, the PK Thunder will hit the Pikmin immediately and Ness will freefall into a KO.

It's a Melee video, but he hasn't posted any from Brawl yet. He still does the same thing. I've played against him before, and he uses even more ledge Up-B mindgames than that video shows. It's pretty ridiculous.
