Most annoying Pokemon?

Hey, I made one for Assists, and today I realized how friggin' annoying some Pokemanz, so, what the hey.

Bellossom can be annoying when it appears right beneath you and you're stuck there, asleep. Weavile is annoying in another way that it paralyzes you, but even more so that it zips back and forth, causing damage while you're stuck there. Goldeen and Munchlax are just annoying when you get them. Gulpin can be a pain when you walk into him without even seeing him.

Also, Pokemon like Mew, Celebi and Jirachi are awesome--unless they happen to fly over a freaking pit before they drop their goodies.

^You're seem to speaking in when (at least for Weavile and Bellossom) they're used against you. I think the more annoying Pokemon are ones that even if they are (supposed to) on your side, they're presence if far from welcome.

I agree on Munchlax and Goldeen. Goldeen is lame in general, but Munchlax eats up (potentially useful) items!!! It's worse than Goldeen!!!! >:[
I <3 Gulpin, especially when it traps one of your foes. Then, you can rack up more damage to the poor foe!

Wobbuffet is also along the "not very helpful" Pokemon. It's counter is lame and it can hit the user! Not good...
Weavile is awesome! Great Knockup to people in the air and stuns all on the ground! Doesn't belong in the annoying list, IMO.
Latios and Latias knocks foes around like pinballs!
Kyogre? Annoying????? Surely you jest...
Bonsly is powerful... but it can be used by anyone. Threat to "Friend" and foe alike.
Manaphy... I rarely see this Pokemon, but - yes - this Pokemon greatly qualifies as annoying. Heart Swap is very problematic. Then again... I try understand as many characters as I can, so it's not that problematic for me.

I mean, annoying when you're the one who has to deal with the frustration. Yeah, Kyogre is nice when you get it, but when it's the one pushing you off ledges, it's pretty annoying. Similarly, it's no fun to get Goldeen, but when you've got 200% damage and see an opponent pull out a Goldeen instead of Suicune, it's a pretty nice relief.

Like in my other topic, I'm referring to whenever a certain Pokemon is most annoying to you.

Yeah, no doubt opinions change when you're on the receiving end of a powerful Pokemon or Assist Trophy. I guess it's all in the point of view...

My criteria on "annoyance" is whether or not the Pokemon/Assist Trophy is useful or powerful or not. I generally think weak and/or indiscriminate (Mostly indiscriminate) Poke's/AT's are "annoying".

Munchlax, by far, simply because it isn't really useful to anyone. I mean, unless you want to count Munchlax eating the hammer (or whatever) before your opponent can get it as "useful".

Zubat is the most annoying Pokémon. Not opnly because he is everywhere but his sound is quite ear-bleeding...

But from the list, I chose Wobbuffet. Oh, he is impossible to raise, just impossible.
