well i play snake but i suck with him

Marth is probably your best bet most of the time unless you play a really good snake.

Unfortunately for you, Speed, I'm serious.

If you become extremely good at Melee, Brawl will be a cakewalk. Melee is harder (and a better game) than Brawl.

I already have a Decent/Good Marth game and my Snake game is Mediocre at best.

But since everyone plays Marth or Snake I'm trying to learn characters who aren't used as much.

melee is a horrible broken piece of Fox-**** at high level play, the tiers manifest themselves in an incredibly drastic way, and its boring as hell.

brawl isn't incredibly better but at least the tiers are more condensed.

e: in that case try to play falco or kirby, higherst non-snake marth tiers on the list. of course that probably dosn't matter at all but eh

I was trying to avoid Tier Lists in this discussion...Oh well.

but anyway I will take your advice with the Kriby Falco thing and work on some of the lower Tier characters at another time.

Also Melee is BROKEN, even though the announcer was better in every way possible

Um, Melee was NOT in any way, shape or form broken. The advanced techniques were there and could be used without hacking, the tier lists actually meant something, and it wasn't toned down for the "casuals."
