And who did you use? How did you win? How did you avoid Tabuu's spam wave attack? Some of the best characters for this mode (for me) are Charizard, Meta Knight, Zelda, and Luigi. Any tips for beating Duon? Porky? Tabuu? |

| Join Date: Jul 2002 Location: (n) - the place where I am Gender: Posts: 27,661 Thanks: 1,991 Thanked 2,486 Times in 1,513 Posts | I haven't beaten Boss Battles, but Tabuu's attacks--except for the off-waves--are easy to evade. Just work on your ground-dodging to get around the off-waves. Duon is tricky, 'cause unless you have a good projectile, you can't significantly hurt him without getting close enough to be significantly hurt yourself. Porky: Get on top of him. He only has one attack that can hit you up there, & it won't kill (unless Intense mode has crazy handicaps). And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

Gender: Posts: 2,549 Thanks: 0 Thanked 192 Times in 127 Posts | I think if you're using Ness or Lucas, you can use the Down-B shield against Duon to heal yourself when he sends missiles at you. Might go for other bosses, but I doubt it. |

Can you really ground dodge Tabuu's crap wave that hits the entire arena? I seem to recall trying that many times and failing every time. |
