I would be satisfied with Waluigi and Wario if they established that there is in fact, an evil parallel universe to the Mushroom Kingdom, complete with a good Bowser and evil Princess.

Granted, they'd likely call the Princess something awful like Wapeach. D:

The fact that 95% of the games he's in fail to give him a good personality makes him suck badly.

The only games I know of that give him a personality are the Striker games, and that Waluigi is awesome.

e: Also, it's not fair to judge him on personality due to the fact that he has appeared in no main games. DDR:MM is sort of a story, and Power Tennis has a slight story in the opening cinematic.
