IF YOU FALL OF THE HORSE AND THEN SHOOT IT WITH FRUSTRATION, THEN TRY TO GET BACK ON-CHANCES ARE YOU'LL JUST REPEADEDLY FALL OFF TO A FURTHER EXTREMITY. |

I've found out the less I try at doing something, the easier it is to do. |

Just take a break and come back to it later. If you're that angry about it, you'll never get anywhere. |

Then, I become frustrated about getting in trouble because not being able to play the video games for throwing the controller. I later play again, get frustrated and scream. I get the same punishment and the cycle continues. I would just stop playing it for a while but the games are just too addicting=), and =( actually. |

It's best to just pause the game and take a breather if things are getting to frustrating for you. No need to have to buy a new controller. |

Trying to clear perfect ranks make me angry, in a way that somewhat scares the rest of the subway passengers. Anyways, it's important to learn self-control in times like this. Remind yourself that you can drop the controller whenever you want. Remind yourself that if your home was on fire, you would run and not care about dying in the game. Remind yourself that if the man (woman?) of your dreams appears at your doorstep, you will drop the controller and not look back. You've never really played a game until you realize that you might never play again. |

On the other hand, Lego-Throwing was extremely common because I had a tendency to misplace bricks and not realize it until the misplacement caused the whole thing to collapse 45 steps later. That made my Lego phase a lot shorter than other people's. >_> |
