With black you shade, maybe draw the outlinings, and most objects are black. If this is so and the makers of the used crayon boxes know this then why don't they just put in two blacks? Here, allow me to include a metaphor to help explain how black is used in pictures: E is the most common letter used in words-correct? This means that most of the time you will speak a word with an E in it. However, some of the time you may get other words that do not have an E in it. Are you getting what I mean? Anyway, to cut to the chase-it really sucks that they include only a single black crayon in the crayon boxes. |

I totally got made fun of because of that, and now I can't use crayons any more. As you might expect, this does not impact my adult life in any way, except when I visited a Crayola PR stunt and a giant red crayon started walking towards me. It was unsettling. |
