I especially hate them at night when I go to bed. I toss and turn because I can't cool down. The central air conditioner or whatever the hell it's called does nothing to stop the misery. I'll be glad when the cooler Fall months arrive. Suffering in the heat puts me in a bad mood. |

I should say that I'm measureing in fahrenheit. Every night had about the same temperature asa the daytime, but it would usually get down by about 3 - 10 degrees. But seriously, it was 101 degrees at 10:30 PM for a nearby town. Fortunately its cooled down a bit now. ^Ironicly we've been wishing for rain. |

You guys really need to work on your end of the global warming problem. |

It took longer for the heat to kick in this year than it usually does. It's usually consistently warm by mid-April, and stays in the upper 70s and whatnot, then gets scorching in May, calms in June, goes to hell in July and August, then cools off once September hits. So far this year, it was pretty chill until mid-May, then it just got hot. Until yesterday it was 105 for the four days, with a heat index of 112. Today and yesterday were absolutely amazing, since it was only 88 with a breeze. Still, I'm afraid for what July holds if this is June.... |
