I get that they probably wouldn't give willing witnesses the time of day, though. That's pretty sick, but the justice system doesn't care much about fairness in my experience. |

There was a kid who created a four-car pileup because he drove into the other lane at 55mph. All that happened was he got sent to traffic school....two weeks later he's back on the road legally. And this was the person who made it a game to run bikers off the road during rush hour. |

I was in a crosswalk when a car who had a stop sign didn't see me and started moving forward. He yelled at me to "watch out." But I had the right of way since not only was I in a crosswalk, he had a stop sign. -CSM |

I was approaching a stop sign and made a stop, then started to go but then a guy ran right in front of my car, two feet away from the designated walking area. I yelled at him to "watch out."
