A good example would be tastes in music. You either have to love this band or hate this band. And if you're neutral, then they'll just lump you into whatever side they feel like. Me, personally, I'm neutral towards most things, so I tend to get a lot of flack for something that I didn't even imply. I've just decided to ignore them, because they're not worth my energy.

PROTIP: Ignore YouTube comments.

Most of the MUGEN Community is like this, especially some of the creators, who get an anyurism if you don't like their work.

Everyone else in the community are trolls and about 5% are actually sane.

The only time I will admit being black and white is good is when convincing a friend to check something out. I have had to give death threats to several friends to watch Repo and they watched it and now I have discussions with them all the time about it. So I guess its all about the topicality of the debate in question. If they are bashing if you like it after being exposed to it then its pure stupidity but if its them telling you'll love something if you try it the worst you can do is try it to shut them up.

I just sounded like I was convincing you to do drugs. Woops. Still to agree people with a 2 dimensional view on life are idiots.
