No, really. Some college parties actually are that dumb. |

Thankfully, I'm a heavy sleeper so they don't bother me so much as they perplex me. |

I'm not one to put the word out to a bunch of college freshmen. My friends range from the mid 20's to early 30's. Unless I'm hanging out with the raver crowd. But that's a different story. |

One of the frats at Truman--the friendly, goofy, slacker frat--does both of these on a regular basis. And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

Most parties around here are thrown by frats, the NHPC's tend to rent out or partner with a club and the IFC's tend to throw the house parties/keggers. The genuine house parties are great though, just a smaller number of people (10-20 instead of a couple 100) that have some familiarity with each other, some alcohol and good times. A lot of people here are just too damn negative. |

Not to mention that most of them would be so hung over that they wouldn't remember how ****ing awesome I am the next day. |

Gender: Posts: 29,118 Thanks: 2,535 Thanked 1,823 Times in 1,008 Posts | I'm not a big fan of parties in the first place. I'd just rather hang out with my friends without having a bunch of douchebaggy loud drunk people around. Watching a movie, playing some video games, having a bonfire, going swimming or something...there are so many things I'd rather do. |
