A.k.a. The inability to remember the right word. I always feel I suffer this more often than others.

Forcing myself to use insufficient synonyms that sound incredibly lame in context is not cool.

I always do that. It sucks.

But ehh, I forget everything. It's a miracle I remember to breathe.

As my fatigue builds, my memory-failure rate increases.
Graduate school is completely shredding my ability to recall things.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I get that sometimes with the simplest things, but instead of using a synonym I try to describe the thing, and use sound effects if it is something mechanical.

Me: I used the... um... what's it called, it mixes stuff up and goes *wrrrrrr*

Person: A blender?

Me: Yeah that's it! I used the blender.

I sound really stupid...

Man, I got this problem. Whenever I try to sound like a normal human being, I'll stop half-way through and forget the very word I just visualized in order to prevent FORGETING IT. Problem is, I won't even fill in the gap with another word or even a ridiulous sound effect. Just an akward pause...

I believe my problem lies in overthinking and speed, or the lack thereof, of my speech...

Well, thing is, we're not all perfectly-rehearsed actors, etc. People trip up on language all the time, but we've got crap like TV around to make us all think nobody ever screws up.
