Insomnia.

Seriously, at least once a month, I have a night where I either barely sleep, or don't sleep at all. And the next day, I feel like ****.

I, too, have insomnia.

I usually manage to go to sleep sometime between 3 and 5. It sucks.

Once a month isn't quite insomnia. Anything that correlates to your sleeplessness? Something that happens monthly to cause you extra stress for that day? Do you have extra caffeine before you go to bed? Are you revved up about something?

I have no problem with tiredness. I could not sleep and be fine the next day.

I think it might be because I have SEVERE ADHD, and that night I have trouble sleeping is the time it's at its peak. Combine that with my teenage hormones, and you have a hell of a time trying to sleep. Also, I've had nights where I had a soda at 9:00, and I've slept fine.
