Because that's probably one of the most pointless redesigns in the history of redesigns.

Protip: Mouseover where the bar with the other programs is (which you would have done anyway) and it appears. Pointless, but hardly the end of the world.

Everything needs to be like it was in 1990, everything was good then.

Unless it was made earlier, then it needs to be like it was then.

Redesign's too busy. Bee tee dubs funnyman, the WWW didn't exist in 1990.
