They're very cheap, but always have been. We went to check-in online because I leave tomorrow and now Spirit charges $35 for carry-on! What the heck! Checking in baggage is only $33! Oh, and you have to pay for it there and on the way home. On top of that, when you go to pick your seats, they cost $10 minimum so you might as well pick a seat. Ugh. It cost me a little over $70 extra just to check-in. If I would have waited to do it tomorrow at the airport it would have been closer to $90! I'm a cheap person and this just puts me over the edge. I could have gone for tickets that were more on a flight with free carry-on and better service. |

Legally, they have to provide the information, so you just really have to read everything before you choose how you fly. Sucks. ![]() |

I mean less than double digits. The pilot also was good and the flight attendants were very nice, as well. However they don't serve Denver anymore, so maybe they've fallen under new management. |
