But they have a monopoly in parts of Michigan where my dad's family lives. So basically if you don't get your internet from Comcast, then you don't have internet. at all. :/ as a result, you can see it from customer service. >.<; my uncle's internet went down when he and his wife really need it and they put him on hold for five hours. |
