I hate my manager so much its unreal

It was a normal, boring Friday at work like any other. I was doing drive thru and dishes (which sucks anyway because its drive thru and dishes) and then my manager sent the person who carves the chicken and meat home, because we were slow around 3. Pretty standard and we don't usually get busy until like 5 (I work at Boston Market by the way, just saiyan Goku.)

That's not what made me angry

So, it's about 3:30 and we only have three people in the entire store: Me on drive thru, my manager and one Mexican who doesn't really speak a word of English. Suddenly we get a rush in the store. About 10-15 people walk in and there's a line out the door AND on top of that I got about 5-6 cars in drive-thru. Maria (the back up) is making all of the food in back AND carving all the food up front, while I am serving for both drive-thru and cashier and we are just BARELY making it through this rush and you know where my manager was? She was in the office. On her phone.

And then, to top it all off she had the GALL to come outside of the office and tell ME that I'M serving the customers TOO SLOW and I'm not being productive, then writes me up for a dirty apron... which got dirty during the rush.

I snapped and shouted at her for being on her phone, so she wrote me up for insubordination. I just can't win with this woman...

Did you try punching her? That often solves problems.

But really, sorry you have to put up with crap. It has to happen at some point with any job.

Yeah, my work just makes me angry sometimes. Its over now though and back to the usual suck, that was just the worst of it.

Yeah and I did. She got a write up and that's it, then she proceeded to make my job a living hell. She has a grudge I swear.
