They have shows such as Totally Spies, Code: Lyoko, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and Teen Titans. So far i'd say they are trying to lose their action feel or something. But I don't think it's working. Then again I can't really talk. I've only watched Code: Lyoko 4 times since its the only new show on there. And it's pretty bad to boot. It was made in France and basically focuses on 4 friends, a tough chick, a nerd, a hyper kid, and a tough guy as they deal with social problems at their boarding school and in some way that escapes me have managed to build machines to enter some matrix-esque world physically like a freaken game. Now it would probably be descent if...well...they did something to overhaul it. Cuz once they solve the problem in the computer world which is basically the same footage of their AI friend who walks into this thing and puts in a password, lyoko, which basically solves the major problem in the real world just in time. Like someone is about to drown, or a rat is about to bite someones face off. And to avoid having to explain wtf happened the nerd hits a button on his computer and shifts everything back to the past to the point before the **** was happening. Its pretty damn stupid. Like Totally Spies....but Totally Spies could be the ugly girl that makes Code Lyoko seem somewhat more tolerable. As for the other half....well I never wach that far. |

They should have kept Toonami on weekdays, at least then we had (virtually) daily Yu Yu Hakusho (before the whole Dragonball blowout). The format of the block is stupid too. Alien theme? Underwater theme? Underwater alien theme? We'll never know. --------------------------------- ~Gamer Chris ![]() |

It suffers the DBZ effect. Although it makes you think a little harder. And the new TMNT had that cool story arc where the city was at war over Shredder's death(or whatever). Not like it compares to the series i watched when I was a kid, but eh... ![]() |

But no show can win when the main character is as dislikeable as Robin. -A Genius (His main weapon (out of 3 or 4) is a gadamn stick, and yet he delivers the coup de grace to the villain in almost EVERY episode.) |

The Mad Mod episode kicked ass. |

Actually I haven't watched it in like over 2 months or so... It does have some episodes worth watching the rest I couldn't stand watching a full 30 minutes of it. |

I found at least 2 or 3 parts in that crazy chase scene that were inspired by Yellow Submarine. |

I showed my dad that episode and he pointed out all the Yellow Submarine references. I really need to watch that again sometime. Totally spies: N-O. Even my friend's ELEVEN YEAR OLD SISTER can't stand that show, and that's supposedly the kind of audience Miguzi targets Code Lyoko: It's not terrible, but it's not good either. The real-life drawings are terrible, the characterization is just bleh and Stereotypes (Sissy really needs a punch in the face), the episodes are pretty repetitive, but the 3D animations are at least one thing done right, and the theme is a bit on the catchy side. I MIGHT watch it if there's nothing else on or if I don't have anything better to do, but at 3:30, there isn't really anything else on unless I want to watch any TiVo'd episodes. TMNT: The new episodes are okay, but the old ones were MUCH MUCH MUCH better. I'd prefer they'd run the old ones. Teen Titans: I like it, some episodes are good, some are bad. The Mad mod episode was by far the best one, and Raven= but Robin=no.And those before commercial animations are Catdog-quality. Toonami was so much better, of course that was before they got high on Magic Markers or whatever they were smoking and decided to run nothing but Dragon Ball shows. (DBZ and DBGT=Teh overrated) A Genius: What Robin uses is called a Bo Staff. You know, like what Kilik uses in Soul Calibur II and what the ancient Shaolin monks in China used in Warfare (Besides broadswords like Darndaos, Nunkachu(sp), and other weapons like Fire Rings and Axes) and for personal defense. Just so you know. |

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles= Good show, old ones better, but still good. Teen Titans= Most episodes are watchable. Like the Mad Mod ep. That was on last night! So, 1/2 of the shows are good. And they're on at a better time. Oh, the Mad Mop episode gives me a headache, but its still great. ![]() |
