Anyone remember these shows? I grew up on them; Duck Tales, Tale Spin, Chip 'n' Dale's Rescue Rangers, Darkwing Duck, Gargoyles...

Great times as a kid. I really loved the continuity from Duck Tales to Darkwing Duck. Anyway, discuss.

I suppose they're old these days. Yeah, that was some sweet stuff to come home to.. and some nice NES games came as a result. Too bad Disney is resigned to now only make worthless crap.

I prefer old old Disney cartoons. By which I mean the shorts featuring Mickey, Donald, and Goofy. (They used to show those on the Disney Channel, as I recall, back before Michael Eisner decided Hillary Duff was more fit for human consumption than the Goofy Sports cartoons.)

All those shows metioned were great. I really liked Darkwing Duck and Talespin.

It wasn't Disney Channel, but does anybody else remember Secret Squirrel? Moraco Mole was great.

~sigh~ I miss cartoons shorts of the 30s and 40s. They need to bring those back for theatrical releases before movies.

Disney is full of crap teenybopper shows now. Too bad, because it used to be awesome.

Arrow

Disney is one of those channels (In addition to Fox and Nickelodeon) who have been absolutley ravaged by the outbreak of crap TV in the previous few years. Those are the kind of kiddie shows that actually have some thought put into them.

I miss Ducktales.

And Chip 'n Dale: Rescue Rangers.

I never got into Darkwing Duck, though.

Knux:

Sometimes, some crimes go slippin' through the cracks,
But these two gumshoes are pickin' up the slack,
There's no case too big; no case too small,
If you need help just call--

Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers,
Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, when there's danger,
You know it never fails once they're involved,
Somehow whatever's wrong is solved--

Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers,
Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, when there's danger,
Oh no it never fails, they'll take the clues,
And find the wheres and whys and whos--

Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, Rescue Rangers,
Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale, when there's danger,
Ch-ch-ch-Chip and Dale!

And remember, "I'm-a L-L-L-Luigi, number one!"

Life is like a huuurica-aaane
Here in. Duckburg.
Race cars, lasers, aeroplanes
It's a. Duckblur.
Might solve a mystery.
Or rewrite history!

DUCKTALES
Oo-oo-ooh!
Every day they're out there making ducktales.
Oo-oo-oh
Tales of daring do bad and good lucktales!
Oo-oo-oh

When it seems they're heading for
A final. Curtain.
Go, these ducks'll never fail
That's for. Certain.
No worse the messes
Becomes successes!

DUCKTALES
Oo-oo-ooh!
Every day they're out there making ducktales.
Oo-oo-oh
Tales of daring do bad and good lucktales!
Oo-oo-ooh!

D-d-d-danger
Watch behind you.
There's a stranger out to find you.
What to do,
Just grab on to some ducktales!

DUCKTALES
Oo-oo-ooh!
Every day they're out there making ducktales.
Oo-oo-oh
Tales of daring do bad and good lucktales!
Oo-oo-oh

D-d-d-danger
Watch behind you.
There's a stranger out to find you.
What to do,
Just grab on to some ducktales!
Oo-oo-ooh!
Every day they're out there making ducktales.
Oo-oo-oh
Tales of daring do bad and good lucktales!
Oo-oo-ooh!
Every day they're out there making ducktales.
Oo-oo-oh
Tales of daring do bad and good lucktales!

Not pony tails or cotton tails!
No, ducktales!

...

Wow, Jay's right. Those lyrics DON'T make any sense...
