Amen. I believe that Matt Groening is pressed for ideas for episodes. Seasons 16 and 17 lacks that sparkle that made 8-12 so special. 16 and 17 are good, but not 8-12 good.

Matt Greoning dosent write episodes, he is just there he created em thats it, the writers write the Simpsons.
