They resurrected the series because of the incredible DVD sales. It's a history-making event, and one not likely to be repeated too often. (Although I'm still hoping for an 'Upright Citizens Brigade' renaissance, borne of the new box set. I mean, ignoring the fact that the new box set has sold roughly eleven copies, of course.)

I missed the finale of Futurama, bah.

I'm sure that Futurama is over, but it had a good run. And I'm sure the boys that worked on it wouldn't want all the same hassles they went through with FOX all over again.

It's funny how much better Futurama and Fmaily Guy are doing in CN's hands.
