No one is overexcessive with grammar control, 95% of the time, when we complain about the spelling, it's just plain horrible.

The whole point of grammar, spelling, and punctuation is that we don't know what the hell you're talking about without it.

Imagine, if you will, some person approaching you on the street. Now, you're a friendly type, but this person just starts yelling. Yelling what sort of seems to be english, but mostly not really. From what you do understand, it's all worthless babble. What he's saying to you isn't really worth the time and thought you've put into understanding him, and now you're another minute closer to your grave.

but the thing is you actually understand it...but flame the grammar anyway...whats more is most people are plain rude about it too...and start topics about peoples grammar usage too. And 95 percent of the time, grammar flamers have bad grammar sometimes themselves.

Mostly people can understand posts with bad grammar/spelling/punctuation, but at times a single comma or letter can make a very big difference.

I mean...it comes to where we go off topic and talk about people's grammar...what do you guys go on AIM and talk to your friends but trying to make sure you type correctly with correct grammar, always use commas, avoid lazy phrases like IDK or OMG, and make sure you use punctuation all the time? I sure don't...because the thing is we don't really care about our grammar where it doesn't matter. Take it with an example for AIM.

Let me put it this way. We usually don't complain about such unless it horribly butchers the sentence. Bartman and ?G's early posts were complete gibberish that was hard to understand and decipher. When I'm reading posts, I don't want to spend a damn minute and a half trying to decipher someone else's garbage. I'm sure that no one cares how each other posts on AIM, I really don't, but I don't use the lz wy of typn lyke dis, I actually make sure what I'm posting/sending is legible. Sue me if I want to be understood.

You, for one sir, should stop complaining about the way people do things around here, if you don't like them, you can ignore the issue, or leave. Plain and simple, it's not hard.
Make sure your posts are legible, it helps, and peopel won't just constantly pass up your posts.
