I did take a bath with special Aveeno anti-itch stuff, and rubbed lotion on it. It helped a bit, but my leg is really swollen. It's very concerning, actually.

No, it's still within the threshold of human hearing, so it's not enough to drive dogs insane. It's kind of like that sound CRT screens make when they're on.
