SD and I are going to quit our morning job after we do it today, anyway. Our surpervisor's a total bitch. Then, no more stress ^_^ Right now, I'm just dreading knowing that she's going to try and be all accusing and crap because we didn't "finish" cleaning this building yesterday. You see, our shift is for 2 hours; if we go overtime, we don't get payed extra. She didn't evaluate this building that was just reopened after a bunch of the rooms had construction in them. She expected us to clean it in 2 hours. We probably could have, except the offices in it had been used over the past few months without anyone cleaning. So, there was just a ridiculous amount of garbage in the place. On top of that, there was plaster dust and random dirt everywhere from the construction. Basically, it should've been more like a 6 hour shift. She's been harrassing us needlessly about basically anything she could for the past month, for no particular reason. So we couldn't really tell her it wasn't going to be cleaned in 2 hours and leave, because she'd probably expect us to stay extra and clean it, she's psycho like that. We called her boss, and told the higher ups that this building had not been cleaned properly and tried to explain why we could not communicate that to our supervisor. We decided that we hate that job anyway, and we want to quit it. The basic idea is that a building is normally evaluated to be a certain time - you finish it in that time or less. If you finish in less time, you still get paid the full amount. We weren't authorized to claim overtime, and we didn't want to argue with the crazy supervisor about it. She honestly might have been sane about it, but there's no way to tell. she's just a completely crazy bitch. We told her we didn't have the proper chemicals and equipment to clean, and she tried to argue that we did. |

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!" |

What I think is kind of cool is that you both worked there and are quitting that job. You both understand that this lady is a demon. I wish you both luck in finding a better job! |

We don't have on-site supervisors at the others. |

That'll fill whatever spiritual void you've got. (It's even sexier than it sounds, believe it or not.) __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president Last edited by Booyakasha; 02-28-2008 at 12:00 AM. |
