I am one ****ed up human being :(

I have a hairtrigger temper that always gets me thrown in the craper, I have like 3 friends and I don't even know if they like me or my game consoles, My familly probably thinks I'm a freak, I put up with 8 years of **** with school and when I'm finally out of it I still don't feel better, the only thing that keeps me from jumping of the MOTHER ****ING roof is one stupid video game (Brawl you suck for this reason and this reason only), and I probobly made a bagillion typing errors, and ya know what Grammer Nazis, I DON'T EFFING CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What Boo said. Sometimes, it's better to just type out everything that's bothering you to help blow off some steam. But, trust me, this too shall pass.

Arrow Ah, adolescence.

If you're interested in the pop neuroscience, the amygdala is the emotion centre of the brain, where fear, anger, and lust are triggered. The prefrontal cortex, is where reason, control, and abstract thought is done. The amygdala develops when you start the teenage years, but the prefrontal cortex continues to develop into your twenties. So, what usually happens is that you get a surge of emotion, but no real way to control it. Life's funny like that.

Let the anger go; constantly ranting will only make you angrier.

Think with logic rather than emotions, then retype what you had up there speaking from your calm voice. Perhaps then there is a problem we can help with.

Hm. Try doing push-ups or some other form of physical activity. Cause, how angry can you get if you're too busy thinking about how sore your muscles are?

Ranting is a good way to release emotions- sometimes. If it consumes your thoughts, then it's time to put particular effort into doing other things and forcing yourself to think about something else.

speed, I understand how difficult it can be to feel like your friends don't care about you, and even your family. That doesn't mean you're a bad person or "****ed up". Life is a pretty tough ride, school tends to make it seem worse, and Ace has a point. Emotions like this are generally something your brain is having trouble coping with, because it doesn't know how to balance itself out.

Try to have a good time with something you enjoy. If you even need to talk, you're always welcome here.

...And jumping off a roof will generally only get you some broken legs. That'll definitely make things suck.

You'd think that, but at least with me, yelling at Saeed actually increased my anger at him to the point it became absolutely absurd--the whole macro picture thing was based on me getting so angry that I had run out of words and could only make primitive, annoying images to express it.

The minute I dropped it was the minute Saeed started getting torn out by VGFers in general and I began to regain my cool.

That, and I heard letting it go was the most effective way courtesy of 60 minutes

Thanks guys I was really just blowing off some steam. After I posted this I went to SSS and checked some matchs, that made me feel a little better, and then I called some friends over to play F-Zero X and discuss our Brawl dream rosters, I suggested Travis Touchdown , and I started to feel better about life in general

Soccer is the real football. You don't even use your feet in American football except to punt. What the hey?!

Speed, I know exactly how you feel. Ask ZG; I've never hesitated to post random crap in her forum that felt significant at the time but just blew over once I vented it out.

Venting helps me a helluva lot.
