Good news: I passed the FE exam.

Bad news:

*The broker who tried to sell me an apartment sold it to someone else because of my busy schedule and my parents insisting on something being a certain way

*My presentation today was a total flop

*My boss yelled at me because my dark gray pants didn't match my black socks and shoes (even though his brown shoes didn't match his black pants)

*A girl I thought I liked was being superficial

*My parents are growing very cold towards me

*My friends aren't returning my calls

*I have NO time to relax

*I haven't gotten a hug of ANY kind in WEEKS

*I'm stuck living in a land where I have to rely on a car to get around rather than use mass transit and God's greatest gift to mankind: feet

Things might seem hard now, but try to calm down and take it one nibble at a time. Things aren't going to magically get better. You have to make it better for yourself, no matter how hard. Instead of being overwhelmed by the difficult situations, try to look at the good things that are happening. Congrats on your FE exam! Do the best you can, then you can't be disappointed in yourself. When all of this is over, make sure you can look back and be proud of the effort you put in, no matter what the outcome is.

Oh, and also...breathe.

Anyway, I think Jay's post covers it all. I'm willing to bet your family loves you. If you had a dispute with them it'll wane in time. Woman? Meh, who cares. You've got to settle down and treat yourself with your busy schedule before even thinking of treating a woman IMO. Besides, she doesn't sound worth it anyway.

My advice is to drop all of your worries you posted and concern yourself with your needs: your apartment and job (and maybe your family if it's real bad). It sounds like you don't have much time to handle anything else so I wouldn't worry about the other small miniscule things in life just yet. Once you settle down in a nice cozy area with a steady job, you can work your way up to your desires.
