| Seal off all light that you can in your room. (Even LEDs from computers etc.) What time do your shifts go to (and what time do they start)? Would insomnia help with night shifts anyway? | |

Your body should eventually adjust; I just hope it doesn't take as long as mine did (though my insomnia was also stress/depression related, so when that cleared up, it was a lot easier for me). Good luck! |

Stupid new job has been keeping me up at stupid times. Now I can't even sleep at night if I sleep for ten hours. So now I'm just watching House until I have to go to work at the vet clinic. Not that it's that bad of a substitute for sleeping, but still. I still sleep, I just do it during the day now, sadly. __________________ Can I has signature? |
