I think I have a strained muscle. The pain disappears after a while, but it does come back regularly. It feels like a little hobbit crawled up my back and stabbed me in the shoulder with a +3 dagger.

And the pain is persistent. I can't just make it go away by returning to an unstressing position or just stopping movement completely.
