Yay there's a tornado warning...and yes we're stuck inside a basement of a student centre where there's conveniently a subway. naturally, business spiked with people who don't know that we close at 4 so naturally at 2 PM we're trying to clean everything only to have a bunch of future freshmen splashing soda all over the stuff we cleaned and write in customer complaints about why everything's not stocked at 4 PM or why there're only three people working. -_- Another thing...CSU, why on EARTH do you tell everyone to go to the LSC basement and not the Clark basement?! The LSC basement's gonna be underwater in minutes if we get another flood on campus! The Clark Building's practically a bank vault! Bonus complaint: Hey, you who flooded the bathroom this morning...Paper Towels go in the trash! Not on the floor, not in the sink, not in the toilet, the trash! |

Many restaurants around my house aren't clean for days! Even I know that. EDIT: Plus how is a Subway the best place to go during a TORNADO warning? Listen, i'd just go there to get some stuff, but if a tornado's coming, go to a HARD STABLE BUILDING! It's that simple! |

Of course you should clean. Having to clean after 2 PM is natural in a place that still has two hours open. Also: during tornado - basement subway - in basement |

If we're being quarantined in the basement for fear of a tornado? Nope. Keep on open. Subway basically uses the college rules for whether or not we close...except we're less strict. College campuses: "oh there's a meteor that flattened the english building dumping cosmic radiation everywhere? CLASSES ARE ON! Just go around there and bring radiation suits!" "Oh there's a tornado? GO TO CLASS EVERYONE! The tornado will help your commute to classes and maybe you'll get the opportunity to study abroad in Oz!" Quote:
You start so you don't have to stay after for about three more hours. If you take like two to three hours to clean then you don't get yelled at unlike the people during the school year who would often read or have phone sex or whatever when it was dead after dinner so when they start at 9 PM when they close...uh oh we have to be here for 3 hours! Let's just do a halfass job and leave this all for the morning crew and be home by 9:30!!! -_- | |

They were stranded as well, but remained open past their normal hours and earned lifetime customers. |

Two, I live in an area were servere thunderstorm's aren't rare. And three, what do you take me for? A 5 year old who hates thunderstorms, had a pathetic little blanket that he carries around and acts like the thinks it's the end of the world? Feh! I'd rather lick the my toilet seat and scream,"I'm a crazy nutjob!", than be called a blanket obsessed 5 year old who can't sing his ABCs correctly. |
