Nah, not really, but I remember back when I got bullied for my weight. I trimmed down and got waaay taller, and as I scaled the grades there were fewer people who were bigger or older than me left who really felt it necessary to pick on me. Sure, I run into pricks and douchebags all over the place, but they're not as effective as they used to be. So don't sweat it, man, there's people like that all over, but it'll pass as you grow older.

Just ignor him, or if you really want to ruin his fun take it as a compliment, congradulate him on his observatinal skills, if you live in the states bring up the weight problems of the nation and claim that he's the freakish minoirty, or if you think you can pull it off pretend to be paranoid and claim that the extra weight is to help fend off starvation, for when civilasation fails.
