They say the average diet of a college student consists mostly of mac and cheese, frozen pizzas, and spam. I've had at least five pounds of hamburger in the last month. I've made several things of Hamburger Helper, I've made meatballs for spaghetti, I've mixed it in with mac and cheese, and I've, of course, had hamburger patties. I need more meals that consist of beef jerky. That beef jerky in white rice bowl I had a few months ago kicked ass, I should totally make that again sometime. If I had rice. ![]() |

Seems tough at first, but I'm broke, and have managed to buy healthier choices for just as much as I was spending on groceries each week. Instead of sodas, I'm drinking mini water-bottles, V8s and green tea; instead of beef, pick lean ground beef and chicken. |

Can't really refuse when it's already bought, cut, and frozen. |

It'll put some hair on your chest. |
