Upgrade and auction problems.

When I'm trying to auction my partisan, it won't let me start an auction without upgrading it. I can't afford an upgrade and it won't let me say no. Why can't I get this to the auction without upgrading it?

Unfortunately, I have to say that I have no idea.

Because it did not come with a guide, help file, or, in fact, anything else to explain how it works, some of the RPG Inferno's functions remain a mystery to us. (I'm still waiting to find out what happens when a Summon levels, and don't know exactly how it determines how much experience the Summon gets, for instance.) I can think of no reason why you should not be able to auction off the Partisan. Hopefully, Shane will have some idea, or know where to go to get some idea.

I'd guess it's because people can just buy it from the store instead of from you.

It also won't let you auction an item that's already upgraded. It insists that the item must be upgraded on the spot.

Make an upgrade that does aboslutly nothing and costs 1 m. When ever you want to Auction something, use that upgrade.

That should work until you figure out why you must upgrade items ot Auction them.
