Game of the Week: Blast Corps

What a game this was. We all have a desire deep down inside us to smash things up and, well this game satisfies that need perfectly.

I remember the time I entered some harbour and I was just blowing up crates of stuff, it was gooooooood.

Still no need to nominate yet. Next week we've got Super Mario All Stars

I briefly played this game. Lots of smashing explosions.

One of the most original games I've ever played, and one that lasted very long. I loved all the different vehicles, and how the game progressed from clearing the path, to destroying every single building (as wel as cool side levels), to finding the scientists, to discovering the hidden planets, and finally tring to get a platinum medal on every level, which changed gameplay dramatically.

I'm quite proud that I managed to get all 57 platinum medals on two occasions (once on a controller pak, but when I needed room I tried to get all medals on the game pak itself and succeeded). In typical Rare fashion the rank you got at the end was 'You Can Stop Now'.

Shadow the Hedgehog with less goals...and no guns. I love it.(yeah, I've played it, and it was a lot of fun.)

I was making a comparison to a newer Sonic series game. It was also a joke. I seriously do love this game.
