| What's this what's this a trick with a twist? Join Date: Feb 2004 Location: Shhhh, it's a secret right now Gender: Posts: 13,610 Thanks: 1,145 Thanked 755 Times in 438 Posts | Fun Thread: SMRPG Facts Dear community, in these past days, I have decided to myself, that in order to keep myself occupied in Summer's closing, I shall begin another file of Super Mario RPG. This time around, I have decided to share the oddities of this game and world to you. Here are a few. The Toad guarding the Mushroom Kingdom's entrance can't possibly carry around a bazooka, it's more than twice his body size. The Shysters are definetly not shy. You get more money selling the damn wallet than you do returning it. Gaz is a trouble-some child, he's also very slow. You begin to wonder about the origins of the Geno doll. Bruce Lee must be pretty damn famous to be known in a different universe. Bowyer resembles a 1st grade child's play-doh creation, he also speaks Yoda, and is the only character in the game incapable of moving his legs independently. Moleville is either Mario Land's south, or its ghetto. Booster has a mixture of ADD and mental retardation. Booster and Wario look as if they could be related. This game brought Mario's vow of silence on in a new light Mario is a great Method Actor Punchenello was created because a boss was needed, there is no other boss in the game that has that bad of a role in the story. Minus Knife and Grate Guy. Speaking of which, where the hell did they come from? That's all I can think of for now. I'm on the Pipe Vault or whatever right now, so as I go farther along, more things will probably pop in. If you'd like to comment on mine, or add your own, it'd be appreciated. |

| Marshmallow Knight ☆ Supermod | If you use a Lucky Hammer to kill an enemy, you'll get a Lucky Flower, which allows you to play that Lucky Minigame at the end of the battle, in which you can unluckily lose all the EXP or coins. If Mario gets hit by an arrow (prior to beating Bowyer), he doesn't permenantly freeze like the rest of the citizens. I guess it's because he has such an awesome hat. |

Yoshi is the only dinosaur of his kind that can speak English. Luigi's facial expression says it all about his cameo. |

And the only Luigi "cameo" would be the band at the end, but that doesn't really count does it?

Therefore, Luigi does have a cameo in this game. In fact, he's present as a cameo for Paper Mario and its sequel. Wow, he has more cameos than starring games...that sucks. |

As for my oddities; No matter how hard you try, or what you equip him with, Geno will never put on some damn pants. No one seems to mind (Mario included) when Bowser uses the hurley gloves. Mallow and Lupin the Third both share the ability to leap out of their clothing at will.

Like when you're is Gaz's house and they all run into each other while trying to walk inside Mario, that type of thing. |
