Manhunt 2 coming for Wii & Wii.....weights?

Take-Two announced recently that we bringing Manhunt 2 to the Wii. In a release on their website they had this to say...
Quote:
"Rockstar Games, the world-renowned publishing label of Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: TTWO), is proud to announce Manhunt 2 for the PlayStation 2 system, PSP system, and Nintendo's Wii. Manhunt 2 is the debut title from the newly formed Rockstar London studio, which is developing the game in conjunction with series creator Rockstar North. The Wii version is being developed by Rockstar Toronto. Manhunt 2 will be available this summer.

'With Manhunt 2 we have tried to create a game that stays close to the original concept of chilling suspense and stealth, whilst pushing the game design and storytelling forward,' said Sam Houser, founder and executive producer of Rockstar Games. 'We are also excited to have our newest development team, Rockstar London, working on the title alongside our two established UK studios, Rockstar North and Leeds.'"
So, aside from the GBA GTA games, this would be the first time Rockstar is actually making games for the Wii. Kinda glad they're allowing Mature games again and getting rid of the "NINTENDO IS KIDDY LOL FAGS" problem.

Now for the other thing;

Wii Weights.

According to IGN, each "pocket" holds 4 lbs of sand, making the total about 16 lbs per wrist.
Interesting, to say the least.

Each pocket holds one pound of sand, for four pounds total. Sixteen pounds per wrist and sixteen per ankle would be ridiculous.

Manhunt on Wii? Cool.

Wii weights? Well, anything to make fat kids work out, I suppose.

The interactivity of Manhunt 2 will most likely make overly concerned [and ignorant] parents overreact, which happens every day regardless of what happens. I'm hoping the gaming stores become really strict on the sales of this game to minors and parents with whiny, spoiled kids. I haven't played the original, so I have no interest in this game.

The Wii Weights on the other hand, is quite useful for playing Wii Sports. Wii Sports has already proven to be a good workout, so adding Wii Weights will be even more effective. I think IGN might've made a slight error on the calculation, though.

The thing is, I'm sure most games stores couldn't give a damn who they sold their games to. Its sad really, they just want to make money.

BTW, I'm actually realy really disappointed they're releasing this on Wii.

Those weights just look like normal wrist/leg weights that you can get.
