^Oh hell yes. I spent almost all of summer 2000 playing those games with my cousins (they kicked my ass in the picnic basket game). Those were the good old days, right there.

US: SUPER TURRICAN.

This is one of the best 2D shooters ever along with Gunstar Heroes and Metal Slug.

Europe got Kirby 64.

BUT SUPER TURRICAN.

On the Virtual Console this week:

DoReMi Fantasy: Milon's DokiDoki Adventure (SNES import; 900 Wii points)
Puyo Puyo 2: Tsuu (Sega Genesis import; 900 Wii points)

On the one hand, awesome! I love what they're doing with bringing over previously Japan-only games. The initiative here is really something to be proud of.

On the over hand raaaagh where are EarthBound and EarthBound Zero moan bitch whine.

^If you want the Mother/Earthbound series here, you should do a PK Call'N. I did it today. Apparently some people who know what's going on say that this is the most requested thing. Sitting around and whining isn't enough anymore; we have to make stuff happen. -CSM

Want Earthbound on the VC?

Well apparently Nintendo Power wants to know the five games you want the most on the Virtual Console. Apparently they left an email address: vcpoll@futureus.com.

I sent in Earthbound, along with Mother, Seiken Densetsu 3, Star Ocean 1, and Chrono Trigger. -CSM

Really? The control feels way to stiff in my hands.

You just have to get used to it. I couldn't play DK, or any other SNES and up game for that matter, if not for this pad. <3

Same, but with SMRPG instead of Star Ocean.

^I chose Star Ocean because it was never released in the US. Except for EB and CT, all five games I chose were never released in the US. -CSM

I remember Cruisin' USA. I liked the pizza cart because it only had 3 wheels, and the humvee because it had a gun instead of a horn.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
