Samus spends almost the entirety of every game in her Power Suit. That means even more that we need someone who can act, not just some hussy with big hooters.

If I had to choose someone who is relatively young, I would choose Milla Johovovich, the female lead from the Resident Evil movie.

I still stick by my opinion that Linda Hamilton would make an excellent Samus Aran.
