Yes it is true my brothers and sisters. According to myr brother's favorite website, Captain N is to air regulary on the TV/network or whatever the hell you wanna call it. If you wants some proof, then go to G4.com and search under Captain N.

The TV network.
That's real specific there.

I don't have time to wade through endless pages of Google search results, but sounds cool.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

G4 is that new cable network devoted to video gaming. And in response to Chris' question, they will be the reruns.

From what I've heard, G4 is hosted by these MTVish-people in their early twenties, who probably never played a VG in their life.

Captain N 101

Back in the day, during Saturday morning cartoons, there was a timeslot called the Nintendo Hour, which consisted of two 15-minute Mario cartoons, and a 30-minute Captain N cartoon. Captain N was all about a skilled game player named Kevin who got sucked through his TV and into Videoland in order to help in the fight between good and evil. Kevin named himself Captain N and used such weapons as an NES Light Blaster to fight. His team mates were Mega Man, Kid Icarus, Simon Belmont, Princess Lana, and a talking Game Boy. Link and Zelda occasionally made guest appearances. The primary villain was Mother Brain, who wanted to conquer Videoland. Her henchmen were Eggplant Wizard (from Kid Icarus) and King Hippo (from Punch-Out!). Other villains, such as Ganon and Dr. Wily, also made appearances.

^Yeah it is! Gotta love the adventures they go on. And King Hippo and Eggplant Wizard as the right hand men, just hilarious.

After reading Metal Mario's post, Captain N sounded familiar as I remember watching a cartoon with some sort of talking gameboy when I was REALLY young.

^ Yup. I also hope to get the channel that shows Captain N. Hopefully they'll put the old Mario Cartoons back on.
