Quite frankly, live-action Starfox would be a disaster without a huge budget. The result would be trash only fit for PBS (not that I wouldn't watch it, though). How does anime not work? As long as it's not a cheesy Pokemon wannabe and they do a well-drawn version how could it go wrong? Unless you just don't like anime-- which I do (funny thing, when I first came to this forum in 2000 I hated anime). I think anime is the logical choice; it doesn't require a large budget like live-action would, and I prefer its art-style (when well done) to others.

</font>[/quote]Um, there is other types of animation besides anime ya know. No, I would not want to see a live-action Starfox, that would be be really stupid. There is traditional animation that is not anime, and what about computer animation? That could work. (Kind of like SFA)

Notice that I said I believe well-drawn anime is the best form of art for a cartoon (serious ones anyway). I KNOW THERE ARE OTHER ART STYLES. In fact, after watching Star Wars: Clone Wars I wouldn't mind if Genndy Tartatovsky was given the project of making a Starfox cartoon. Especially since he has had experience with space ships and martial arts. CG-animation would be okay, I guess. But I prefer anime. Please don't bring up SFA. In most cases I would just like to pretend it doesn't exist.

Gender: Posts: 8,477 Thanks: 91 Thanked 45 Times in 38 Posts | The Legend of Zelda III : A Link to the Past Angahim takes Ganon's ashes and to resurrsect him all he needs is Link's blood. He has also laid a spell on Zelda, the same one he did to the Zelda of old)He hides in a closed off area where only someone with the 3 magic stones (or whatever) of the Oracles (of Power, Wisdom and Courage)can enter, who have convienienty been locked away in dungeons. Link gets them (as well as Light Arrows, the Four Swords (the other Links each get a Mask) and the Master Sword from the Oracles), and gets to the hid away place. Angahim manages to get some of Link's blood on the ashes, and say the spell of ressurection, but gets killed after ressurecting Ganon. Link and Ganon fight a long battle and eventually Link wins. He gets the TOP but then Rauru appears (as the owl) and makes him do a test of his goodness. The Triforce flies from his hands and floats above him.The test is that he has to kill the darkness inside of him, whick takes the form of Dark Link. Link is about to kill DL when he steals Majora's Mask. Majora slowly consumes him, until he's turned him into his old body. Now Link has to kill Majora. After much Hesitation he uses the FD mask, and eventually kills Majora/DL. He also destroys the FD mask because if the evil in it. He gets the Triforce, wishes for peace in Hyrule, for evil to die and for him to live marry and live hapily with the person he loves, Zelda (which is hinted at suttly during the films)(and marrying her would make him King of Hyrule) So Link's king and everyone lives hapily ever after. What in the blue hells(sorry MM) did you do to LTTP's plot? You have not only manged to distroy the polt of the Only Zelda game I've got but also fused in the plots of Majore's Mask and Adventures of Link. why? did you do that? |

I even said myself that live action would kill StarFox. I'd prefer CG animation. That's the only type of animation that would cut it for me.
