Technically, I suppose you fight Bowser three times in Paper Mario, since the final battle has two separate parts to it.

There are four colors of Yoshis in Super Mario World. Green, red, blue, and yellow.

Donkey Kong definitely qualifies as a Mario adventure. He is the hero, after all.
