I got an e-mail from NoE saying I qualified for a copy of the Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition (I registered Mario Kart and 1080 before December 10th). I verified my address and it will be sent to me within 28 days.

I have one question, though: are the NES games pixel perfect remakes of the originals or are they updated like the Mario games in Super Mario All Stars?

Mine's on the way too.

I believe they're emulated versions of the originals. No enhancements of any kind.

I got mine early this month, I believe. I just got Double Dash today, but I was allowed to carefully open it, take out the PIN, and put the plastic sleeve back on. My brother thought I didn't even open it.

Yes, they're pretty much like their originals. However, somebody said Majora's Mask is a little different, something to do with the Expansion Pack.

The graphics of the respective games have not been updated in the slightest. They all look exactly the same as they always have.

I registered my GCN, GBA and Mario Kart, but apperently it wasn't enough.

I'm tempted to go out and get someone elses, but i'm not that much of an ass.

Awesome. I wanted to play them in their original NES glory (again).

With this disc I complete my Zelda collection, and I can play all my Zelda games with my GameCube controller: (LoZ and AoL on collector's disk, LttP, LA DX, OoA, OoS via GB Player, OoT and MM on collector's disk, and WW obviously because it's a GCN game).

I HAVE IT! YAY!

Because MM needed the Expansion Pack, the music track sometimes skips and may lock up. That's what I've heard...

Isn't the GCN way more powerful than an N64 + Expansion Pak?

So there shouldn't be any problems. Has anyone who has the disk had any problems while playing MM?

They sent me an e-mail today saying that mine's on the way. I didn't even have to buy two games to get it. My brother in law manages a GameCrazy, so he got me the code from the rental copy of Mario Party 5 that Hollywood video has. All I had to buy was Mario Kart.

I've had it for a while. Is the resolution in the Zelda 64 games better, or is it just me?
