I'm in the same boat as you, Koga. I usually pay for games myself. Also, even if games only cost $30-$40 or something, that's still alot of money...

My parents only spend $100 per child on Christmas stuff, and I consider myself lucky to have that.

New games for Gamecube cost between €55 and €60, and GBA games between €40 and €45. They may be more pricy, but still some people get an increible amount of games:

Aside from all my other cfool stuff, I scored a GB Player. I'm leaving today to visit my grandparents and as tradition dictates, I'll probably be geting Viewtiful Joe, the Hobbit, or Return of the King.

^^^Good point Koga. The only reason I got three is b/c Toys R Us did a buy two get the third free on all GCN games.

Cause some people here got a crapload Ive noticed.

However, with parents with different income levels and numbers of children do play into that though.

I got Mario Kart: Double Dash!! and the bonus disc was included with it in the case! Even though it wasn't pre-ordered! I love MKDD!! It's really fun!
