Soul Calibur II Question

I've unlocked Beserker by completed Stone Temple but I can only play as him in Practice Mode. (I haven't checked Vs. Mode yet) I was wondering if it's possible to play as him in Arcade, Weapon Master, and Time Trial.

Nope. Berzerker is only playable in Practice and VS. The same goes for Lizardman and Assassin.
