Anyone else still play Perfect Dark?

I dunno about you, but I still find that game awesome. I never used to have it, but I would play my friend's; but then he sold his copy years ago, and I just recently found some used copies at Software Etc for $5. So I picked one up.

I've been working on beating it on Perfect Agent, and it's hard! I'm on mission eight, the Attack Ship: Covert Assault - the one right before the last level (not counting the bonus levels). It's hard, those Skedar tear you up. I haven't been using any cheats or anything, just straight up beating them. I can't seem people to play multiplayer with me very often though anymore.

Do any of you still play this cool game?

I haven't recently, but whenever I feel like playing some 64 games, it's the first game I slap in.

Im Rank 7 if I recall correctly, but I dont play it hardly at all anymore, Halo takes its place as a multi-shootem-up. But vs. bots it kicks ass still.

Ah yes, Perfect Dark. One of the most outstanding games to grace any console. I haven't played it a while, thought, so I'm a bit rusty.

Too bad I won't be able to play Zero...

Haven't played it in a while, but I played it a lot when I was waiting for the GCN and there were no new N64 games coming out. One of my favourite N64 games and my favourite Rareware game of all time.

Um, there is no word on the release date. It could very well be released this year. Rare never give out release dates unless they are certain they can make it.

The last rumor I heard was that the Perfect Dark game could very well miss this generation entirely and be released on Xbox 2.

Unless Rare has been keeping news on it extremely top-secret, it's not anywhere near being finished. It's certainly not coming out next Christmas. That's when Halo 2 is planned to be released, and it would be moronic to release the next Perfect Dark in the same time frame--it would be completely overshadowed.

It would be an extremely good launch title for Xbox 2, though...

Rare hardly give our information on the progress of a game. The Xbox has only been out for about two years right? I think it could make a release on the current Xbox, but if Halo 2 is indeed released this Christmas, I also think they won't release PD0 around that time.

ah yes...Perfect Dark, I just started playing you again.

The best weapon, for you silly people who know nothing, is the K7 Avenger. That gun is as close to "god" as you get.

My rank in multiplayer is 3.

How is the K7 best? It has a very small magazine and its secondary function isn't that great.
