A Question Concerning GBA SP

I heard something a while back on EBgames allowing you to trade in your GBA and then getting a discount on the SP... Is this true or not? Is it only for the States? (*growl*) And when does this come into effect (or is it already over?)

I'm sorry, I have no idea. I haven't heard about such deals before, but I'm not looking for them either, since I'm not going to buy a GBA SP.
