| Guest | Basic Stuff It's a turn-based RPG/strategy game. Fire Emblem takes in a fantasy setting. Fire Emblem (until recently) was exclusive to Japan, but at last one has been released in America (called Fire Emblem: Sword of The Seal, but sold under the name Fire Emblem). In Japan, it's a major hit. If you ever have played Super Smash Brother Melee, Roy and Marth are from the Fire Emblem series. Anyhow, it's an awsome game. I absolutely love it, but am moving at an insanely slow pace. |

Instead of having 4-6 characters in battle, FE can allow you to have 16 or more at some points in the game. Where in FFT/A the battles take place on a somewhat 3D map with varying terrain challenges that slow movement, FE takes place on a 2D background with sprites and some different terrain affects such as forest. Fire Emblem doesn't have the character class customization that FFT/A does. But you get plenty of units for your army with varying skills. Fire Emblem does have a cool weapons and magic system that makes those shown in FFT/A pale in comparison. |

| Guest | ^ Not only are there flying ponies, but mages who looks like little red riding hood, a monk who look like woman, and a cleric who is extremely self-centered. ^^ Personally, I never found any of the Illia Three (that's what I call 'em) very interesting. I really don't believe in drooling over video game characters, and their personalities would probably repel other people. "I'm afraid of everything, and can't talk to men!" "I have no personality." "All I care about is money, and I'll have really annoying support conversations to prove that!" |

I don't like Fiora or Farina but I do like Florina for the simple fact that if you bother leveling her she is unstoppable. Even against Archers. I don't know if the other two are like that or not because I don't want to take the time trying to level them. ...Erk does look like Little Red Riding Hood now that you mention it. But you've got to admit his "denied" hand motions are cookin. |
