Since The n hasn't done much to the animal crossing gamepage, i thought i'd like to fill you in on this endless game.

At the beginning, you find yourself on a moving train going to Animal Crossing-a large area with many towns in the area. On the train, an animal named Rover asks you what your name and what is the name of the town you are going to(just think...Vgf central )When you arrive, you find out you need bells, the form of money, and a house. But don't worry. you don't have to sleep in the alley. A friendly shopkeeper named Tom Nook, gives you a choice of 4 diffrent houses. To pay for it, he gives you a job in his corner shop, which grows bigger, and bigger, and bigger...
I don't know if you really have to WORK, i'm guessing you don't have to. Anyway, his shop sells different items each day. Keep checking back to see if he has that lawn flamingo .At the begging, you have almost nothing in your house. But that will change...
As you earn more money,Tom Nook will offer you bigger houses.Mansion...ummm anyway, you have to solve some puzzles in the town, and every time you solve one, you get a "thank-you gift" Like in one example, you need to travel from person to person and as a reward, you get clothes (hopefully not used )You can also, fish, catch butterflies, program certain days in the game (happy birthday!)and find fossils. I'm getting ahead of myself. you can donate the bones to the museam or keep them in your house.He,he. You can mail letters to people in-game and send a treat with it. like a chair??? Ummm... you can watch fireworks, shake money from trees, rip up people's flowerbeds, keep people from tearing up a forest, get your house rated, keep your house clean or leave it as a pigsty, and listen to soothing music from a dog named K.K. aka totokeke from melee. Whew! you got all that?

This game is like the sims in many ways. Pick a character and go through his life.
