Those online petitions never work.

The last one I signed was to bring Midtown Madness 3 for X-Box to PC. 3000 signatures. Did it work? Nope.

Why do you want to show XBox what Nintendo's made of? Nintendo left Rare. Rare didn't leave Nintendo.

You should be sending an angry petition to Nintendo for ending their relationship with Rare.
