Question

I have my DS now. Once I get my money, I'm going to go buy myself a game. I was hoping to get SM64 DS (As I have no DS games besides the Metroid Prime: Hunters demo). However, I've been hearing a LOT of good things about Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. So... since they're the same price, I believe, which one should I get?

By the way, in the commerical, is that the animation in the game? Because I heard the animation is also good, but THAT good?

I'd go with SM64DS...I can't imagine playing on a small handheld for a long period of time, and SM64's gameplay is more suited to that than the new Kingdom Hearts.

Question

Dang, that's a hard choice. Which do you like more, RPGs or Platformers? They are both kinda remakes with added features...

Sm64DS, definitely. Chain of Memories sucked. Badly.

Depends on whether or not you want a remake or a new game.

And Chunky and Sarcasm, please die.

^No.My opinion is mine own.

Maybe KH:CoH is a good game, but I hated the first level so much I haven't played anymore. I hate its card battling system, simple as it is, though. Or maybe it's good too. Feedback me.

IMPO, I would go for Kingdom Hearts only if you beat the PS2 Kingdom Hearts already so you can understand some of the events...otherwise, get SM64 DS. the only reason that I suggest KH is because I have it...

No.

Card-based games = OK.

Card-based VIDEO games = not OK.

A lot of places around here charge an extra five bucks for Chain of Memories. And I'm not talking about just Gamestop and Toys 'R Us. Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Circuit City, you name it, $35. I got mine for about $25 because of a Rain Check I picked up during a sale Target had a couple weeks back.

I haven't played either (I'm actually thinking about holding off Chain of Memories until I beat the original Kingdom Hearts), but I guess it depends on your tastes. If you want a remake, go for SM64. If you want a card-based game (I personally kind of like card-based games), go for Chain of Memories.

I don't have a DS, and won't be interested until I see a better library, maybe with more 2Ders.

Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there!

Ok, yeah, it is $35, my bad >_>;

Seems a bit split, now. I'm ignoring Chunky because he has no taste in video games ( ) and Sar because he said he needs feedback on KH:COM.

Although I'll probably end up going for SM64 DS.

Super Mario 64 The mini games are worth the 30 bucks alone!

Of course, the final decision is up to you. Do what your gut tells you.

SM64DS. I havent played KH:CoM yet, but I've heard good and bad things about it so I'd go with SM64DS. Of coarse, its up to you.

I'll play CoM to see how it is. "Oneday!"

In SM64DS you can play as Luigi, who is NEGLECTED. Isnt that what you want?

Man, I wish Mario didnt have to fight the final boss.
